From the start of me using AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head when I bought my Subaru Ascent to using their service department I have not had better service or met more helpful staff; this includes the sales sta when I bought my Subaru Ascent to using their service department I have not had better service or met more helpful staff; this includes the sales staff, the financial personnel, the person who educates you on all the features of your car, and the service department. Not that I've had to use the service department often but every time I have used it I was always kept informed of the progress of the service both by text and pictures. The staff has always been pleasant and have answered all my questions.. The service manager, Charles, is one of the most pleasant people I've ever encountered when dealing with car dealerships. From dropping off my car to having it serviced I was kept informed every step of the way. If you want a dependable car and a dealership that goes beyond any other go to AutoNation Hilton Head. The manager of your Service area explain that the problem was probably created by the outside firm that did repairs on my front end, he was correct. The people in your Sales area were purely “commercial” ready to sell me another car. This is my third Subaru, the first a Forester (2016?) purchased in Daytona had a car key issue…sometimes will not allow the driver to remove the key from the car, second was a Legacy, fast and had a comfortable interior but was not an SUV which I preferred but was not available during the China flew scare, now I drive my second Forester and I am happy. What else can I say? My 84 year old wife is happy too. More
