Charles and the mechanic that worked on my car stayed until 7PM - three hours after closing- to complete replacing rear ball bearings that were difficult to get out due to rust. The mechanic had to borro until 7PM - three hours after closing- to complete replacing rear ball bearings that were difficult to get out due to rust. The mechanic had to borrow a blow torch from another dealer to heat the area to get the old ball bearings out. Charles kept me informed throughout the unexpected delays attributable to getting the old ball bearings out. Charles and the mechanic are simply fabulous employees who went overboard in their efforts to service my car. Charles is the best! More

I arrived early (45 minutes) and asked if I had time to get gas. Charles directed me to the nearest station, and, while there, I was also able to find a PetSmart and buy supplies for my upcoming trip. Th get gas. I needed to walk some and was looking at the keys on the board behind the service desk. The gentleman behind the glass came out and asked if I was being helped. I answered, yes, then went back and sat down. I was a little antsy as I had a contractor scheduled for my house about 35 minutes away. Charles responded quickly and also showed me how to fix the time on the clock. I really appreciate the car being washed. A good experience. More

Spencer in the service department did and always does an awesome job getting my car in quickly for maintenance and/or service. Now an exclusive Subaru dealer, I was pleased that they still serviced Mazda vehicles as I have always CX-9 when it was a Mazda/Subaru dealership. Now an exclusive Subaru dealer, I was pleased that they still serviced Mazda vehicles as I have always appreciated the work that Charles and his associates have done in servicing my vehicle. It also saves me the time and effort of having to travel to Savannah for the nearest Mazda dealership. Charles was able to replace my driver side mirror which was damaged with a Mazda part.
