Phone service is horrible no answer went to voice mail . Called two days in a row. Called a salesman Gary went extra mile and went to service and gave message to call me . I had nail in tire so an emergency we are retired and on.y have one car. I have never had trouble getting service dept to answer their phone have been to 3 different Subaru dealerships. Once I got there the service was great ended up being a great experience all employee’s very helpful gave me card to call direct next time. Dealership very clean and waiting area very nice. Need a receptionist would solve problem my opinion!! This was my first experience with this dealership new to area moved from Greenville SC. At first with PHONE service I would never go back ! But Charles Francis assured me would never happen again ! More
There hasn’t been a single time I have had my car serviced that Charles the service representative hasn’t addressed me by name walking into the dealership. The Service advisor Charles Francis is outstanding and one of the reasons that I have my car serviced there. From the moment I pull in I'm hope he is working that day. The work done by the techs is alway one of the reasons that I have my car serviced there. From the moment I pull in I'm hope he is working that day. The work done by the techs is always 5 Stars. It is great that you can have someone explain to you what is needed and not pushing for service that is now needed. Had the recall for the starlink system in our Forester. Upfront they made it clear it would take at least two and half hours. Kept me updated and the dealership is comfortable.
