I was so pleased with buying a car through Roseville Subaru. From the moment I emailed and heard from Corey, to meeting in person, his knowledge of the Outback, his relaxed personality and ease of conv Subaru. Buying a car is always a little stressful and if you have the wrong kind of Salesman, you can turn away and take your business somewhere else. I live in Elk Grove and that week I did not feel it at the EG Subaru. I was also so surprised that the entire process was done in 2 1/2 hours. Any time we have bought cars at Nissan, it is at least a 6 hour process! I also want to say thank you to Bradley! Both men were nothing but a pleasure to work with. It was funny B/C I brought my 19 yr old daughter and told her that it would be long day. As we were in the signing office she said , “these guys are so nice.” I responded that this was not the norm. I needed servicing on my Subaru Forrester, made my appointment well in advance for me,because we were driving over an hour plus away. I asked for a rental and they also delivered on that.
