Absolutely horrible service. This is the second time the office service representatives have lied to my face about the progress of the service work, and allowed me to sit in the waiting room for over 10 hou office service representatives have lied to my face about the progress of the service work, and allowed me to sit in the waiting room for over 10 hours. Do not bring your subaru here. If you check the Better Business Bureau you will see they have an unsatisfactory record due to complaints about service and are not even accredited by the BBB. That should speak for itself. More
