AutoNation Subaru Roseville

Bought a car in June . First issue was blown speaker (found out it was blown on the way home from the lot ) Brought it in to have it looked at was told they would follow up First issue was blown speaker (found out it was blown on the way home from the lot ) Brought it in to have it looked at was told they would follow up to fix it . DIDN'T HAPPEN 6 months into owning the car TOWED the car in because it was making noise was told NOTHING was covered by the extended warranty I purchased . But the inspection was 200.00 only to tow it to another shop and have them late find out it was indeed covered but I had already paid for the repairs and there was no refund on what i had already paid . 2900.00 down the drain . Have replaced 2 tires at 400.00 and the battery died the first month we bought it at 250.00 to replace . Not to mention i paid for a rental for weeks during the time my car was being repaired . I called the General Manager for WEEKS daily and still to this day have never gotten a returned phone call . Bottom line I was sold a VERY EXPENSIVE LEMON 🍋 don’t purchase from Roseville Suburu ! You’ll be sorry if you do . More
