I brought my 2010 Forester in for service because it was making a whine noise and the check engine light was on and i needed an oil change. After reviewing the car it was determined the catalytic converter making a whine noise and the check engine light was on and i needed an oil change. After reviewing the car it was determined the catalytic converter was bad, the sensors in the tires for air pressure needed changing, the front end alignment was needed, the brakes needed work, the tires were worn, the brake fluid needed flushing, the power steering fluid needed flushing and the front end bushings needed replacement. all at a cost of $8,000. I told Raj to do the catalytic, the bushings, the alignment, and the oil change. the cost was determined to be $3900. Parts had to be ordered. 9 days later parts came in wrong.and the correct parts were $2000 more. You had my car for two weeks. I picked it up last night. The whining sound that I mentioned when I dropped it off was louder than it was when I dropped it off. Im blown away that your mechanic could analyze the vehicle for dirty fluids yet miss the ungodly whining sound in the engine. Of course I picked it up last minuet when you closed so I couldn't give it back. I paid $6280 and my car wasn't fixed.. More

On Saturday we checked out a Crosstrek Limited and asked if it was available. We were told it had been sold. I went home and I shared my interest via TrueCar. We soon got a message from Jordan that the car if it was available. We were told it had been sold. I went home and I shared my interest via TrueCar. Sales was great when we bought the car, service is lacking terribly, poor response time. Had a tire leak, dropped off the car 2 hrs prior to our 11:30 appt time. At 1 pm received a video of the tire leak and told we need 4 new tires. Called and left a message. No response til almost 6pm. He told us it would take a couple days to get the tires, but hecwould check with parts at 9 am. We called at 9 am no call back. Went to the dealership at 1:45 to be told he hadn't had time to check his messages. Picked up our car and went to Schwabb . We will go to another dealership for service. This is not the first time with service here. More
