I have two Subaru's. I took my Crosstrek in for its 30,000 mile service. Raj Sarin has been my service advisor for a long time now and has always done a fantastic job. He explains what has to be done for the repair/service and the estimated cost, which is usually spot on. I also get a time frame for how long it will take to complete the service, which is also usually meet. I am very pleased with my experience in maintaining my cars with the Service Department and Raj. My service associate was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My Outback was in for Oil change and tire rotation. When the service was done my service associate called to report the car was finis knowledgeable. My Outback was in for Oil change and tire rotation. When the service was done my service associate called to report the car was finished but the techs said that the air and cabin filters needed replaced. I asked how much and was told $125.00. There were pictures sent to me of both filters lying on top of my motor. I don't understand how you can charge $125.00 for thirty dollars in parts. The techs already had the filters out and they had to put them back in so essentially you would be charging me $125.00 for just the parts. Makes no sense to me and seems like you are price gauging the customers with this game. Also, the tires were rotated ... back to front, front to back ... but the tire pressures were not corrected. I knew the pressure readings of all tires from monitoring the dashboard for tire pressure. I do this to try to extend my tire life. Anyway, after the rotation I notice that the front tires have the pressure of what my readings were for the back tires and of course the back tires were reading as the front tires before rotation. This means again that the pressure was not checked after rotation even though it was mentioned it was done on my work ticket. Result ... I'm not sure I'll be bringing my care in for service to this dealer. More

I had a problem with my air conditioner, took it to the service department, Jason helped me. He was awesome. It was going to take a few hours and I didn’t have a ride so he got me a ride home and when my c service department, Jason helped me. He was awesome.
