AutoNation Subrau in Roseville Ca. is the dealership I've used to service my 2016 Forester. I was scheduled for service prior to a 1,500 mile trip, but I lost awareness of the time and is the dealership I've used to service my 2016 Forester. I was scheduled for service prior to a 1,500 mile trip, but I lost awareness of the time and called 30 minutes late to see if some way they could fit me in because I was leaving on the trip the next morning. The Dealership was booked all day but would fit me in somehow if I didn't mind waiting in their very nice showroom lounge. They did and I took the trip with the comfort of knowing my car was ready for that long trip. I know this is a long text review but hang-in-there because during a previous appointment during the auto mechanical inspection, something on the front end suspension arms were bad. I applied for repairs on the warranty coverage policy I purchased when I bought the car (used). After 6 to 8 weeks fighting with the warranty policy people with no apparent resolution, Subaru America stepped in and fixed my car (as a good will repair) with no charge to me. That was above and beyond their responsibility to me. Just know that the personnel in the dealership have always gone a step above expectation. My heart-felt thank you to your Subrau team. Paul M.
