Scheduling the service online, check-in, and check-out were quick, co I purchased and service my car here and have always received excellent service. Scheduling the service online, check-in, and check-out were quick, convenient, and on time. I requested the 90K service and some other repairs for my 2014 Crosstrek. My service advisor Paeli is very friendly and knowledgeable and she reviewed all of the work with me before and after the service. She answered all of my questions including looking up what was done during my last major 60K service. The technician created detailed videos when he inspected my car that described what he reviewed and the issues he found. These videos are amazing and very helpful. In addition to completing the service I requested, he fixed my A/C and one of my front axles that was clicking hard when I made sharp turns. Paeli and the technician provided professional and superior service and kept me updated while my car was being worked on that day. My car is driving much smoother now and I am extremely happy with the service and information I received. This is the most comfortable and satisfied I have ever felt having any of my cars serviced. :) More
