I want to leave 5 stars because Cody is so wonderful, but making a reservation was horrendous! I could not make an appointment online, the system was down for over a week. Once I called, they told me to text, so I did and was given an error message from the response I was given attached in the text message! In the end, I called my Service Advisor, Cody Pickinpaugh directly and he instantly made my appointment. The service was easy, piece of cake. I will remember next time to call Cody directly. He's always so kind and courteous and seems to really care about my car. More
