I am so in love with my new Subaru Outback. The car is amazing and will meet all of my needs, but the reason for this review is the excellent customer service experience I had in buying it. My representative, Zen had a friendly personality, an infectious love for Subaru and the patience of a saint to answer all of my questions and teach me EVERYTHING about my new car. He made the process of test driving, building, ordering, financing and handing over the keys so enjoyable. Who says that about a car buying experience? I give Zen and Roseville Auto Nation Subaru a 10 out of 10 for stellar service and genuine customer care. We will be back and recommend them to any car buyer- novice to expert. More
