I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Our salesperson, Zen, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and took his time explaining all the dealership. Our salesperson, Zen, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and took his time explaining all the features, and patiently answered all my questions! I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car whatsoever, but felt great about purchasing it when I was ready. I have never had a pleasant experience with buying a car in the past, until this most recent purchase. I highly recommend Zen, if purchasing a vehicle at this dealership! More

Absolutely horrible service. This is the second time the office service representatives have lied to my face about the progress of the service work, and allowed me to sit in the waiting room for over 10 hou office service representatives have lied to my face about the progress of the service work, and allowed me to sit in the waiting room for over 10 hours. Do not bring your subaru here. If you check the Better Business Bureau you will see they have an unsatisfactory record due to complaints about service and are not even accredited by the BBB. That should speak for itself. More
