I always receive exceptional service every time I bring my car in for service. Cody has been my service advisor for the past couple years, I trust him explicity. My outback has 212 K miles and has never had a mechanical breakdown, that speaks volumes for the quality of your vehicles Further, my wife feels safe on a subaru. We were in an accident, hit in the rear quarter panel and spun several 360 deg times on Sunrise Blvd, The entire driver side was d, damaged, fortunately not one scratch, and no whip lash. We won't drive anything else. Waiting on the Hybrid Outback to come out. Thanks for building a safe, quality vehicle. More
My service contact is Raj. He is the greatest and always makes everything easy and with me and my car feeling cared for and us leaving with smiles on our faces or grill.. Disappointed in poor communication. Need to communicate better with customers about time needed for basic maintenance. I was told basic service would take 1 1/2 hours. So I agreed to stay @ Roseville Subaru Autnation & wait to have service completed. Did not expect to wait all day! Or would have dropped off my car & returned later to pick it up. Service is not complete. Waiting for some parts to arrive @ dealer to bring car back for more service work. More

I have called Jason Wanner, Service Advisor, four times in past two weeks leaving messages to call me concerning a touch screen repair due to de-lamination discovered on a service visit November 21, 2022. in past two weeks leaving messages to call me concerning a touch screen repair due to de-lamination discovered on a service visit November 21, 2022. Initially told there were supply chain issues for chips. Check in June 2023 and issues continued to exist. No calls returned so don't know what the issue is currently, but I don't believe there is an issue with chips anymore. More
