I always receive exceptional service every time I bring my car in for service. Cody has been my service advisor for the past couple years, I trust him explicity. We were in an accident, hit in the rear quarter panel and spun several 360 deg times on Sunrise Blvd, The entire driver side was d, damaged, fortunately not one scratch, and no whip lash. We won't drive anything else. Waiting on the Hybrid Outback to come out. Thanks for building a safe, quality vehicle. More

Disappointed in poor communication. Need to communicate better with customers about time needed for basic maintenance. I was told basic service would take 1 1/2 hours. So I agreed to stay @ Roseville Subaru Autnation & wait to have service completed. Did not expect to wait all day! Or would have dropped off my car & returned later to pick it up. Service is not complete. Waiting for some parts to arrive @ dealer to bring car back for more service work. More
