I always ask for Cody as my Service advisor. He is very kind and honest when I visit Subaru Roseville. He told me my appointment would be a couple of hours (I was waiting at the showroom), but He is very kind and honest when I visit Subaru Roseville. He told me my appointment would be a couple of hours (I was waiting at the showroom), but it look maybe an hour and a half. Nice not to have to wait very long. The waiting area is large and well-stocked with coffee, tea, and water. All in all, I feel like I get good service when I bring my car in and have Cody Pickenpaugh as my service advisor. More
