I've been coming here since I purchased my vehicle in 2016. Even after my warranty ran out and knowing you charge more than other mechanics. That being said the last 2 times I've come my car has gone unw 2016. Even after my warranty ran out and knowing you charge more than other mechanics. That being said the last 2 times I've come my car has gone unwashed. It's the little things but I've requested it and this last time I wasn't even contacted about my car being ready. Told 3pm and finally just showed up at 15 min to 5pm. I've bought new tires, done all my maintenance there, including the 60000 miles and am a little tired of paying so much and not being treated like it. It's time to look for another shop, where I don't feel ripped off and am treated like my business matters. More
