I received wonderful service. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to service area. A few minutes later my service advisor , Jason came out and we talked about my service needs. He told me how long it would take and he was correct. Later he came and mentioned an additional service I might need and I said let’s put the new filters on now. When my car was ready Jason came and we went over what was done. I paid and he walked me out to my car.I was so pleased with the service and care I received. More
This was my first visit for service to AutoNation Subaru in Roseville. I worked with Shea Smith as my service advisor. I had an excellent experience. The issue with my 2018 Subaru Outback was diagnosed corr in Roseville. I worked with Shea Smith as my service advisor. I had an excellent experience. The issue with my 2018 Subaru Outback was diagnosed correctly and corrected. I had a defective battery and Shea was able to get that replaced and also knew that there was an extended warranty on the battery . So he was able to get that replaced at no charge to me. They also did a check of the vehicle and noted the tires are getting close to needing to be replaced. He provided me with several cost estimates for this. Shea was very knowledgeable, helpful and there was no pressure to buy new tires now. I will definitely return here for service in the future. More

The overall experience was good but missed the opportunity to be great. They had our vehicle, for a warranty transmission replacement for 3 weeks. This was due to not having the factory fluid on site. A new, smaller car was provided as a loaner, which was an inconvenience for the family. When returning our vehicle, after the work, it would have been nice to have been washed. It clearly sat outside all that time. This was a job that was supposed to take 2-3 days, ended up taking 3 weeks due to circumstances out of their control. We were very flexible with them. A wash or free oil change, at least, would have been nice. More
I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and Maintanence check. I thought I might need brakes on the front but the advisor never came to tell me if I was getting new brakes or not. I finally had to go talk to a different advisor as I couldn’t find my advisor to find out if my car was ready. Turns out it was ready. I have had the service done at Maita and usually it takes about an hour and the service advisor keeps me informed so I was not happy I had to wait almost 2 hours with no information. More
Heather is my service advisor and she always makes sure I get the best deal for the services provided, even if my coupons are expired. She also helps me decide what services have the most priority. My car battery had died the morning of my oil change and Heather and I discussed the cost of a Suburu battery versus buying one elsewhere. I chose to go elsewhere but the service technicians made sure my car was running when I left the dealership, so I could drive safely to a nearby car part store for a new battery. Thank you Heather.
