Sales was great when we bought the car, service is lacking terribly, poor response time. Had a tire leak, dropped off the car 2 hrs prior to our 11:30 appt time. At 1 pm received a video of the tire leak and told we need 4 new tires. Called and left a message. No response til almost 6pm. He told us it would take a couple days to get the tires, but hecwould check with parts at 9 am. We called at 9 am no call back. Went to the dealership at 1:45 to be told he hadn't had time to check his messages. Picked up our car and went to Schwabb . We will go to another dealership for service. This is not the first time with service here. More
