Until I bought my Subaru at AN, I had never used a dealership for service. This all changed with AN. They have consistently treated my with respect and courtesy. Never once have I felt I was upsold on dealership for service. This all changed with AN. They have consistently treated my with respect and courtesy. Never once have I felt I was upsold on anything. To the contrary, on occasion, they have charged $0 for a service including the most recent visit when I needed a brake light bulb replaced. I am thoroughly pleased with the service dept. More
