I took my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek XV in for the Shift Plate Guide. I also ask to check my transmission. I have a very good used car warranty. When trying to check the computer for codes on the transmission they had no communication with the computer when they plugged into it. They said the ECM was bad. They put a new ECM in that did not fix the problem. So then they said it needed a wiring harness. They want $1,027.66 over what the warranty company will pay for the shift plate and the ECM. They wanted another $1,800.00 for the wiring harness. I said no rap it up and I will take it somewhere else. They send me out I find later running on the old ECM with it hanging by the wires with the new ECM in place and never programed. So they make me pay for a miss diagnosis and sent me out the door with an incomplete repair. I took it back and said I want my money back for the work they did not do. They said they would repair it. What a joke. I would never take anything to these people. More
They offered me a shuttle to take me home since the recall items would take all day. When the car was ready, they texted me and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up. I have bought cars in the past and always was uncomfortable, pressure, they were usually not well knowing about the vehicles and felt that they were trying to hard. Wesley was in our opinion quite the opposite. He went over and beyond when we got the vehicle he gave us some mats that were lying around for free and even afterwards helped with information on a slight issue and resolved it. The whole process was very fast and simple. Yes the location was tight and building was very old. They have a great warranty we got almost bumper to bumper for a good price. However the price was right, the customer service was great, and we liked it. The one thing that was nice is that they gave us a print out of all the repairs that they did before we got the vehicle and that was very helpful and reassuring about the used vehicle. More
