This vehicle had been through some significant mechanical issues and required a tremendous amount of diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair. Mike went above and beyond throughout the process. He kept me informed, took my concerns seriously, and made sure the necessary steps were taken to properly diagnose the problem rather than simply guessing at the cause. The dealership ultimately identified the timing issue, made the necessary repairs using Subaru components, and thoroughly tested the vehicle. After everything they've done, my WRX is finally running strong and driving normally again. Mike Libby's communication, professionalism, patience, and willingness to stay involved throughout a complicated repair process really stood out. Having a service advisor who actually listens and works to get to the bottom of a difficult problem makes a huge difference.
