On July 14 I drop my car off at for an oil change and a check up on the reason why my key keeps getting stuck in the ignition when am trying to take the key out. They check the car, told me the reason why check up on the reason why my key keeps getting stuck in the ignition when am trying to take the key out. They check the car, told me the reason why it is getting stuck and what needs to be fix. I told them go ahead with the fix. After the service was done, I come pick up the car and was driving home when my car just die on me in the middle of the road. To be exact, I only manage to drive 1.6 mile before the engine die. This have never happen before in the 10 year I have own this car, it was still running good this morning before I drop it off at Subaru Autonation Spokane. I have to call a tow truck to tow my car back to Autonation. The next day, July 15 they check on the car again and tell me the reason why my car suddenly die is because, yesterday when they were fixing the car they have to disconnect the battery. After reconnecting the battery an idle relearn was suppose to be done for the car to work normally again but that step was not done. The fact they did not check to see if all the step in the process was done correctly to make sure the car is safe to drive is extremely disappointing. It clearly show negligent when they are working on my car. What happens to me and my family on the road is extremely dangerous, it could have put my family in an accident. I have completely losses the trust I have for Subaru Autonation Spokane after going there for maintainer for 10 years. Definitely won’t come back and also will not recommended anyone else to. More
