How deeply disappointing that you send me to the general number, where I've been on hold many times for way too much of my valuable time. The very least you could have done to show that you really care would be to give me the name and direct number of the GM so that I wouldn't be put through yet more inconvenience. This is another example of the poor service from AutoNation Subaru.
