Great place to do business. Due to shipping car was a long wait but worth it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Matt was very knowledgeable about the Outback and answered all my questions. AutoNation in Spokane Valley was great to work with. Communication and response time was amazing. The dealership itself was not pushy like you most often get, staff was courteous and friendly. I'm usually there for about an hour just to get the oil changed and the car serviced.. They usually come and talk to me in the middle of the while they are doing this. This time no one came to talk to me changed and the car serviced.. They usually come and talk to me in the middle of the while they are doing this. This time no one came to talk to me at all, and after 2 hours I went out to check on it. I was informed they had a meeting in the middle and that's why they were late . It did NOT make me happy! Why did they schedule me and then have a meeting? Plus They usually wash my car when it is serviced and they did not do that this time nor offer me a car wash for down the street. More
