This was the first service visit with Auto Nation Subaru West since I bought my Forester. The experience was excellant. I was treated in the most professional and courteous manner by Fidel. He kept me ap West since I bought my Forester. The experience was excellant. I was treated in the most professional and courteous manner by Fidel. He kept me apprised of exactly what was being done as I waited in the very comfortable waiting room. Overall I felt like I was being treated as a quite special customer. When the service was finished, I was escorted to my car along with a short friendly chat with Fidel. Great overall experience!! More
