Appointment was set for an oil change. Took almost 3 hours. Found a light bulb needed to be replaced. Quoted us the cost and then doubled it after the fact. So service was disappointing. Had no idea I was driving into a construction zone. Had to ask about where to go. Pulled into an area but didn't know if I was in the right place. Had to ask someone walking by. They were courteous and informative as to the issues with my Forester.
