I arrived very early for my appointment but Jon happily checked me in, ex maintenance. Always friendly and fair. Last week I went in for break check. I received a call after technician had diagnosed and provided actual costs. The cost was less than I was expecting! A couple hours later, I was notified my Subaru was ready for pickup. Easy!
