The techs and service staff are first rate. Getting a service appointment is a pain in the sitter downer. It’s hard to get through on the phone and took 20 min this last time to get a call back Getting a service appointment is a pain in the sitter downer. Great experience at this service department. I was promptly assisted, escorted to waiting area and amount due was fully disclosed before work was started.
