Customer service manager Jennifer was awesome! I had planned to stay while my car was being serviced but somehow the reservation said I was dropping the car off. Trent was my service advisor for this 30k service. I was surprised how long the service took...but it was my fault. I booked online and was clueless to the extent of the 30k. I thought it took a very long time to do the simple service. I had the first appointment of the day and was first in line for an oil change and rotate the tires. Took two hours snd 15 minutes. This is my first-ever Subaru and I like it a lot. It is 6 months old with 3,000+ miles, but was required to get a "routine first oil-change and check" 6 months later. I was very disappointed to arrive and learn that as a matter of policy, not even the first "required" maintenance was INCLUDED in the "package", but rather a cost-plus option. Seriously? $37K and not even the minimum first maintenance is included? I hate being nickle-dimed. More
