Service was easy to set up and the team communicated with me very well regarding the service needs right up until they stopped communicating. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. My only complaint would be with one of the service desk employees assigned to my auto. After I arrived, one of the service employees told me that J My only complaint would be with one of the service desk employees assigned to my auto. After I arrived, one of the service employees told me that Jennifer would be with me shortly. She was on the phone and I had to wait for at least 5 minutes. One of the other service employees finally realized how long I had waited and got my paperwork and completed the forms so that they could get started when I left. Came back around the time (2:00 pm) they thought the car would be ready. It was not, which did not upset me. Jennifer was still on the phone. Auto was finally ready a little after 3:00 and I understand things sometimes get in the way of completion and that did not upset me. When Jennifer finally brought me the paperwork and told me the car was ready, she was very not at all forthcoming with information nor was she the least bit friendly. Don't know what I would have had to do to get a smile out of her. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. Was happy with the work they did on my Subaru Outback. Don't generally have to give bad reviews and that upsets me. More
The dealership is conveniently located. Since I recently moved in the area, it was my first time to have my Forester serviced there. The location was the major reason for my decision. Took my car for maintenance under Autonation's Auto Vehicle Protection plan. The plan requires topping of fluids: Windshield, coolant and others. Inspite of telling the service manager to fill them, th Vehicle Protection plan. The plan requires topping of fluids: Windshield, coolant and others. Inspite of telling the service manager to fill them, they did not do it. Neither the windshield nor the coolant was topped off. It seems they do not care vehicles under AVP plan. Disappointed with Autonation Subaru West. Will not ever visit again this dealership nor will renew my AVP plan. More
