AutoNation Subaru West - Service Center

A thief attempted to steal gas from my car. He only got as far as opening the gas cap. Too bad for, worse for me. Dash board lights began blinking as I was driving into the mountains. Called your service dept , told them what I was seeing and they got me in the next morning. Found out the lights are the warning for loose gas cap. Everything now all good & I am still a happy Subaru owner. Thx much! More

They went over and beyond to provide excellent service for me. I'll never go anywhere else. My brake pedal and steering wheel were shaking when I pushed on my brakes at high speeds .I took it first to ano for me. I'll never go anywhere else. They had my car all day without even looking at it until 3:00. Called me saying they did not see a problem when they test drove it .I took my car to Auto Nation the following week and they resurfaced all 4 rotors in a timely manner and great communication. I just moved to Lakewood from out of state and was able to make a Saturday morning appointment online pretty easily after having to cancel one earlier in the week. When I arrived, I thought I had a lifetime oil change package that I purchased from the dealer where I bought the car last year. It turns out I was incorrect, and Trent was very polite the whole time even though I was getting frustrated. I really appreciate that Trent wasn't rude or demeaning, and was even understanding about me being confused. Because of Trent's professionalism and courtesy, I will be making this dealership my first choice for service as long as I live in the area. More

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. My only complaint would be with one of the service desk employees assigned to my auto. After I arrived, one of the service employees told me that Jennifer would be with me shortly. She was on the phone and I had to wait for at least 5 minutes. One of the other service employees finally realized how long I had waited and got my paperwork and completed the forms so that they could get started when I left. Came back around the time (2:00 pm) they thought the car would be ready. It was not, which did not upset me. Jennifer was still on the phone. Auto was finally ready a little after 3:00 and I understand things sometimes get in the way of completion and that did not upset me. When Jennifer finally brought me the paperwork and told me the car was ready, she was very not at all forthcoming with information nor was she the least bit friendly. Don't know what I would have had to do to get a smile out of her. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. Was happy with the work they did on my Subaru Outback. Don't generally have to give bad reviews and that upsets me. More
