AutoNation Subaru West - Service Center

The person who greeted me was very nice and friendly. I had scheduled an appointment over the phone and they had all my paperwork ready when I got there. I had some slightly body damage in that some of t I had scheduled an appointment over the phone and they had all my paperwork ready when I got there. I had some slightly body damage in that some of the plastic push pins fell out and so I asked them to fix that as well as differential fluid and brake fluid replacements. The latter two were easy for them, however the body panneling they said would probably need to go to a body shop. They had their body shop guy come to give an estimate and realized that it was just the plastic push pins (like I told them) and showed them how to fix it there on the spot. I was happy they were able to fix it but fixing the body panneling on a very plastic-heavy car (as all subarus are these days) is something the dealership should know how to do and shouldn't have to get a body specialist there to tell them how to do it. More
