It was easy to make an appointment for an oil change and service. We were waited on promptly when we arrived. We waited for the service. The car was ready sooner than expected. My appointment time was on-time. The staff member in charge communicated with me and demonstrated acceptance of my input. Jennifer in the service department is awesome she will go above and beyond for you!! As for my Outback it's been in the shop for the 5th time now for the same issue .That issue being the battery dies and lea above and beyond for you!! As for my Outback it's been in the shop for the 5th time now for the same issue .That issue being the battery dies and leaves my wife unable to access the car by remote and from starting and the first couple of times I was told from the dealer it was owner error that caused it and tthe 3rd time it was the batteries needed to be replaced now it's something draining the battery and this issue has left my wife stranded 4 times and left me scrambling to get her.. I've missed work now on Numerous occasions because of this issue.. I'm just thankful that the Outback didn't leave her stranded in the mountains or in down town at night. Hopefully I'll get our car back one day without anymore issues! We've only had it a little over a year now!! More
