Went to get my tire fixed after having been to the dealership on Arapahoe Road and it took him an hour and a half to analyze it and actually it was to look over everything in my car to see what they c dealership on Arapahoe Road and it took him an hour and a half to analyze it and actually it was to look over everything in my car to see what they could possibly charge me for, coming up with a cabin air filter that they wanted $85 for that you can buy anywhere from $6 to $25 Max. Didn't have time for them to finish cuz they took so long and I realized it was twice as far to go there as it was to go to Golden, so I called them and to see if they could finish the job and they said "no problem" ,set me an appointment and everything. The guy in charge of me and my car was totally rude, treated me like I was a chump and he had an attitude toward everything I was trying to say to him. I would ask him a question and he would just stare blankly at me got into an argument with me about what was to be done with my car.. The argument was big enough that I didn't even know if they were going to work on my car and I had already told them when I made my appointment that I was going to be waiting for it and the guy gets into an argument with me back and forth about whether I was waiting for it or leaving it and I told him I'm leaving it with you but I'm waiting for it and he just couldn't let it go even though he knew I was obviously going to wait for it since I told him again I was waiting for it but he didn't like the the wording I used I guess and just wouldn't let it go. After waiting an hour and a half and not knowing what the heck was going on because he had such an attitude when he took it and told me things like we'll see what it takes after I look at it like he didn't believe what the other people said, so I go back into see if I can get some sort of an update as to what was going on with my car and I stood in front of him for over 5 minutes and he wouldn't even acknowledge me. Finally another person came over and asked if I needed help and I said yeah I just wanted to see what the status was on my car it's been an hour and a half to fix a flat tire. At that point the guy acknowledged the person that was talking to me but still not me, indicating that he was working on it. Turns out they find another leak in another tire which is great I appreciate a good mechanic but I don't appreciate a crappy attitude given to me when I'm a customer who paid good money for a warranty. So the guy tells me well you need another tire but we had to order it cuz we don't have it it'll be here tomorrow and I said well do I need an appointment he says no just come in. So I asked him what time, realizing that if they were going to deliberate tomorrow I had to wait until they delivered the tires before I go in and he just says come in, so I asked him 1:00? 3:00? And he just stares at me. Terrible terrible customer relations. I am a handicapped older man and I haven't had that kind of a interaction with anybody like that for like over 40 years. I was so upset I was shaking the whole time. When I did go back in and waited another hour and a half for them to fix my tires, I overheard somebody in there saying"I don't blame you I wouldn't have apologized either". I'm trying not to be paranoid thinking that they were talking about me and I don't really care actually it's just really a crappy way to do business and treat people, and talk about customers within earshot of customers. AutoNation Subaru West is the absolute best dealer I have ever encountered. They treat customers like guests and the service is fantastic. I have been taken care of by them for many years.
