Had my 2019 Crosstrek serviced there recently. Kyle Ashton was the person who assisted me and I was extremely pleased with him. I went in for an alignment and oil change and came out with; new wipers, a replaced bushing, an alignment, oil change, and a few other things. The only thing I found different about this subaru dealership, unlike others, is they're not able to wash your car because there's no on-site car wash, and they don't give out loaners, unless they don't finish your car in time. They would get 5 stars if they were able to provide a loaner upon making the appointment and if they had the added offer of being able to wash your car More

The Service Advisor Ken Clements was extremely friendly, helpful & explained exactly what service my car needed & provided detailed estimates. Ken asked me, when I'd like my car ready, and even with the extensive service needed, my car was ready at my requested time. The digital vehicle inspection report from the tech was very well done - easy to see & hear about the condition of the car filters, engine fluids, battery & brakes. I definitely felt my car was well taken care of, as was I. Thanks and I'll definitely come back for my next service! More

As always, the Service Dept. was ready for me when I drove into the service bay, and I was quickly taken care of by Service Advisor Trent Gilliard.
