We were not all that satisfied with the first service received by AutoNation Subaru West, as it did not compare to the service that we receive from our Skokie Illinois Subaru dealer. As another local dealer was unwilling to preform the 5-G Star-link upgrade, we decided to try AutoNation Subaru West again. We received a friendly greeting. The service was completed in the prescribed time and were very happy. Still wish that AutoNation had a car wash facility (reason for 4 rating) as a part of their service offering, but are willing to give this dealership another chance for our next service interval. Went in for the regular oil change and tire rotation. I bought the vehicle here with upgraded tires and wheels. The tires were not the standard Subaru 35 psi tires. When I got the vehicle back the service guy said the tire pressure light was off and the oil change was done. They tire pressure light was not off. I drove for a mile or so to make sure it wouldn't go off if set correctly. I had to take it back for them to get the pressure correct. The next day I noticed that they didn't change the little sticker on the windshield with the next recommended time and mileage service. Now I'm wondering if they even did any of the service. More
