We were not all that satisfied with the first service received by AutoNation Subaru West, as it did not compare to the service that we receive from our Skokie Illinois Subaru dealer. As another local dealer was unwilling to preform the 5-G Star-link upgrade, we decided to try AutoNation Subaru West again. We received a friendly greeting. The service was completed in the prescribed time and were very happy. Still wish that AutoNation had a car wash facility (reason for 4 rating) as a part of their service offering, but are willing to give this dealership another chance for our next service interval. More

I was very pleased with the service yesterday. We had the Starlite system updated and our 6-month car work done. Even though I was in the Boston area, he made it easy for me to know that the car was receiving the service it needed. Went in for the regular oil change and tire rotation. I bought the vehicle here with upgraded tires and wheels. The tires were not the standard Subaru 35 psi tires. When I got the vehicle back the service guy said the tire pressure light was off and the oil change was done. They tire pressure light was not off. I drove for a mile or so to make sure it wouldn't go off if set correctly. I had to take it back for them to get the pressure correct. The next day I noticed that they didn't change the little sticker on the windshield with the next recommended time and mileage service. Now I'm wondering if they even did any of the service. More
I was in need of service for my car, since the dashboard lights came on. I was scheduled for a morning appointment and decided to drop it off the day before. Once I did, Trent at Auto Nation Subaru told me lights came on. I was scheduled for a morning appointment and decided to drop it off the day before. Once I did, Trent at Auto Nation Subaru told me to pull it in the garage. He was able to look at it right away and took my information down and he said that they would look at it 1st thing in the morning and get back with me. This is the best experience I've had with this location. Trent was very attentive and he called me every step of the way. He gave me good news with the cost of the repairs, which at the time, I didn't have the funds. I told him that I would need to a day to get back with him because of financing. He said that they offered financing through a through a 3rd party. He sent me the link and I was able to get approved for the repairs. He also said that he was able to reduce some of the cost which was a relief. Overall I am very impressed with how Trent dealt with my needs and communication was above and beyond. So thank you Trent and thank you Auto Nation Subaru West. More
