Took Crosstrek in for 12,000 mile service plus two recall notices. Don't know what transpired, but now my mpg shows only whole miles instead of tenths of a mile. Almost everything is great and Kenny is wonderful and the work was done as promised and even earlier than promised. HOWEVER: As many years as I have purchased and have my cars serviced, I always ask that t work was done as promised and even earlier than promised. HOWEVER: As many years as I have purchased and have my cars serviced, I always ask that the service folks either DO NOT move the driver"s seat settings ( am short) OR return the diver's seat to the original setting before my pickup. This NEVER happens no matter how many times I ask. More

They have earned my trust & I feel confident in their care. Their prices are reasonable & often they go above & beyond. I am very happy with them & wouldn't go anywhere else. I've mainly worked with Kyle & he is awesome. My last visit I worked with Jan & she is equally awesome. Sorry I do not have last names but both of these employees are exemplary & deserve to be mentioned. I've never met the mechanics but I see their work & it is the mechanics that keep my car working at its best that keeps me going back. Great job Autonation Subaru West! More
We have been taking our Subaru Outback, 2010, to AutoNation Subaru West for all of our servicing. We have been very pleased with the courteous service, the objective assessment of servicing needs, a AutoNation Subaru West for all of our servicing. We have been very pleased with the courteous service, the objective assessment of servicing needs, and even if I have thought some work needed, I have been advised if it was not necessary at that time and given a reason why. No unnecessary service has ever been provided on the car. I recently went in for a tailpipe issue and replacement of the tire sensors. I have worked with Customer Service Tech, Fidel, on the last two visits and he has been very helpful. We have been very pleased with all of the service received at this dealership. We have been considering a new car recently and would definitely return to AutoNation Subaru West to make that purchase. Thank you. More

I had to get my crosstrek in on 1/27 the last day I could get the Starlink upgrade done. The tires on my car were not good and a storm was coming in - also my husband was out of town and could not pick me u get the Starlink upgrade done. I was prepared to spend a long time at the dealership while the work got done and was concerned about the trip home in the middle of the storm into the foothills. I am not sure who checked me in but he was ultra nice and helpful. He offered me Lyft rides home and back and said it would be ok if the weather was bad that I could leave the car overnight and get a Lyft ride the next morning. What a lifesaver! The storm came in and I waited until the next morning to pick up my car. Perfect - the roads were clear and I was safe. I am so grateful to the gentleman who checked me in. Also Luke who worked on my car called and said I needed new front brakes and tires which I knew. He offered me a nice package but I can get what he offered much cheaper - he tried to sell the package but was very nice and understood when I said I wanted different tires and could get the work done cheaper than it would cost me at the dealership. He also was very nice in helping to set up the Lyft ride for the next morning. Both Lyft drivers were also wonderful - so prompt, friendly and safe drivers. It was my first Lyft experience. The young Lyft driver who drove me home was so impressed with the dealership offering me the Lyft rides said, "Well I know where I am going to buy my next car." Everything went like clockwork although there was a slight glitch at the end which also highlighted a good experience. They called for my car to be brought out to me and I was waiting a bit longer than I thought it would take. A very nice female employee saw me standing there and unsolicited asked me what was happening. She called on her radio and found out they had not heard the call to bring my car around. She did not have to take the time to check in with me but she did - a great example of customer service. More
