I always have a good experience when taking my car into AutoNation Subaru West, whether for servicing or for a specific problem. This past visit was to get a faulty headlight replaced. I was very pleased with my visit to AutoNation for my 60,000 mile checkup. As soon as I got out of my car, there was someone there to greet me. I explained my visit and that I was looking for Luke who 60,000 mile checkup. As soon as I got out of my car, there was someone there to greet me. Service desk personnel were sincerely interested in health of vehicle and concerns of customer.
