This is the first Subaru I've owned bought new in Arizona in December. Took it to AutoNation Subaru West for first service. What a disappointment Jonathan (Service Advisor) asked me what service package I in December. Took it to AutoNation Subaru West for first service. What a disappointment Jonathan (Service Advisor) asked me what service package I had, told him 24 month 24K miles he said he would look up and advised oil change and tire rotation. I had a appointment but he told me it would take an hour and a half. Good thing I had a appointment! When it was done they never came a got me so after waiting 20-25 minutes I asked how much longer it would be because my car had been there 20+ minutes, Jonathan give some excuses but didn't seem to care. No car wash and no tire rotation. Last time I will take to this dealership, next time I will look for a dealership that cares. Hoping not all Subaru dealerships are this poorly run! More
AN West is the ONLY place I visit when my 2017 Impreza needs service. I trust the technicians; the service department personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, (Ken especially), and I always feel that they d needs service. I just purchased 4 new tires and an alignment and am so impressed with the smooth drive I now have. (And the price was right, too!) More

My first visit to auto nation Subaru was a nice experience. Today was horrific. My son and were verbally assaulted by a employee for parking in the handicap stall. The employee approached me by calling me hey dude over and over again. My son 15 yrs old had to step between him and I because he was scared the man was going to hurt me. Then he went after my son. Screaming at him with profanity. F word. Totally unacceptable. It took 2 other employees to physically pull him away from my son. Keep your children far away from this place. No one should have to experience what we did today. The worst part is the general manager didn't seem to think it was a big deal. He didnt even get off his chair. More
Great service rep, horrible tech. DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPT! I have had my '17 Impreza in 4 different times for the drivers airbag / horn button rattling over hard bumps. Each time DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPT! I have had my '17 Impreza in 4 different times for the drivers airbag / horn button rattling over hard bumps. Each time they say they never hear the noise, while everyone who rides with me asks "what is that noise?" I had to get Subaru involved and open a case, but this dealer and it's "factory trained tech" seem to not care. I watched the car's location on the Starlink app and the Impreza never moved the entire 6 DAYS it was there! Their paperwork showed only an ending milage also, no beginning. I have a strong feeling it was never driven. This is the first time I've ever had a new car to any dealer and Autonation Subaru west has certainly lived up to my expectations. I will be taking the Impreza to a private professional Subaru repair shop where they know what they are doing and treat people and their cars with respect. More
