Was lead to believe from online adds that this dealership had two NEW 2025 RAV4’s for sale. This is what sucked us in. We were looking for a 2025 RAV4 because we did not want a 2026 hybrid. We set up an appo had two NEW 2025 RAV4’s for sale. This is what sucked us in. We were looking for a 2025 RAV4 because we did not want a 2026 hybrid. We set up an appointment for a test drive for the NEW Blue or Red 2025 RAV4 that was listed online. The only reason we went down there was to test drive the 2025 RAV4. We needed to find out if it was a suv that my wife liked and wanted after test driving other makes and models. The salesman gave us quite a few excuses and kept trying to push used 2025 RAV4’s with over 30,000.00 miles on them. We had no desire.to buy a used suv. He finally had us test drive a new 2025 black RAV4 limited. The test drive was great my wife loved the suv but a couple of things disappointed us about the experience, first the price for this particular model was about $6,000.00 more then we were looking to spend. The second thing was the color black. My wife’s previous two cars were black and she didn’t really want another black car. So we decided to go home and think about it. We went back on Monday after my wife decided she wanted the NEW 2025 RAV4. But I believe that the two NEW blue and red 2025 RAV4s that they had listed online never existed and was a form of false advertisement. Or that the listings was for the used 2025 RAV4s and had them listed as new. Anyway this wasn’t about me and my choice, this was about buying a new suv that my wife was going to be happy and excited about getting. So we ended up getting the NEW 2025 RAV4 black and paying the extra 6,000 more than we wanted to spend. I don’t think we will have any regrets for the purchase, but I do feel we did get missed lead by the dealership deceptive online listing. By the way after pushing the salesman on the listing they disappeared from online, to no surprise to us. More
