I took my truck in for service, and my service advisor was Mark. Mark really listened to the issues that were going on with my truck and ensured me that it would be taken care of. Mark kept me in the lo was Mark. Mark really listened to the issues that were going on with my truck and ensured me that it would be taken care of. Mark kept me in the loop the entire time that my truck was as in service. My truck was there for two days. Mark made sure that I wasn't without a vehicle. I would recommend Mark, and the Buena Park Toyota Service Department. More

Negative experience during my visit. I found a good deal on an oil change so I made a 7am Saturday appointment for an oil change and alignment. I arrived before the dealer opened (was ab I found a good deal on an oil change so I made a 7am Saturday appointment for an oil change and alignment. I arrived before the dealer opened (was about the 5th car). Service took 4 hours, after which I was told that my vehicle had an issue with the brake booster and it will be repaired under a recall campaign. Another hour later I had a rental and was on my way a little after 1pm. 5 days later my car was ready. I noticed oil stains in a few areas so I decided to wash my car, at which point I found multiple scratches on my hood, damage/chemical burns on my headlight ,wiper arm and was missing a wiper bolt cover. I spoke with my adviser and was told that he was going to forward my issues, I did not hear back after a few days so I called again and spoke with another adviser and was instructed to take my vehicle in. Second visit was just short of 4 hours and the only thing done was semi clean off the chemical burns. They did not have the wiper cover in stock and the hood scratches were not taken care of, I was told I can leave my car to be polished and paint corrected another day when the missing part arrives. It has now been a week and no call for the missing part. I ended up having my headlights restored and buying the missing part myself from another Toyota dealer. Needless to say, I will never be going back to Buena Park Toyota. More

Martin Miller has been my service manager for 13 years. Since I am giving my Rav4 to my daughter my service appointment was my last one with Martin. He has been terrific to work with.
