The sales people are top notch the service people are the worst, esp that one service rep - Sang, he made my experience at the Toyota servicing the worst! Despite my car being under warranty, he wanted to ch worst, esp that one service rep - Sang, he made my experience at the Toyota servicing the worst! Despite my car being under warranty, he wanted to charge me extra for diagnosing a weird sound my car door made. Thank god for their manager - Chris, who helped me with this and assured no cost diagnostic. Sang also notified that the car was ready to pick up after delivery, but when I reached, the car still had works going on and he said I should return later to pick up the car. He didn’t even bother to call me and the dealership was closing at 6pm. Thank god I called before the closing time and was again lied to that he had called me to pick up my car! Pathetic service by some of the servicing reps. More

Went to take it in for service and a glitch on the display. Unfortunately the issue it was taken in for was not resolved. They asked me to note it and call them when it happened again. Newly renovated dealership. Service department is subpar. Made an appointment first thing on Saturday morning and was promised the vehicle to be done within three hours. After two-half hours I received a text from the service center saying my vehicle is nearly complete. So I went back to the dealership. Three hours past and no word yet about my car. I text back after three half hour mark to check if the car is done with no response. Only after 3 hours 50 minutes from the start they said it’s done. No explanation why it took long. 4 hours waiting. So if you like waiting in the customer lounge for a very long time with no water or coffee. This is the place for you. More

Went into this dealer's Service Department completely stressed (did I mention that I was stressed?) about my truck issues. At the end of it all, my truck and I both came out COMPLETELY satisfied and the stressed (did I mention that I was stressed?) about my truck issues.
