I came in for a diagnostic regarding my front brakes and was assisted by a service advisor named Christopher, I think he goes by Koda because I noticed that what others were calling him by and he’s helped m was assisted by a service advisor named Christopher, I think he goes by Koda because I noticed that what others were calling him by and he’s helped me in the past. At first a service tech wasn’t able to recreate the issue I was describing until they asked if I could come and try it myself. I was able to recreate issue I’ve been having and they were able to come up with solution. The issue went away and has been good the last couple weeks. I was expecting to be charge a diagnostic fee but they waived this time as a courtesy I believe. I’ve been taking my vehicles here the last couple of years and each time I’m come in for service, it’s been top notch! Thank you Koda! More
