Arrived on time for appointment but waited 1 hour before service advisor checked in my vehicle. Several other vehicles and guests who arrived after me were served immediately, but I was left helpless. Servi service advisor checked in my vehicle. Several other vehicles and guests who arrived after me were served immediately, but I was left helpless. Service advisor eventually appeared and was frazzled and disoriented, as if unaware of my appointment. Later on, I called the operator for an update on my service and was told my advisor would call me back with an update, but did not receive a follow up. Please train your advisors on how to provide customer service to guests. I will not be returning back to this dealer, since I do not want to experience this poor service again. More

Hello, Had both of my cars serviced Prius and Rav4 for synthetic oil change. The first appt was with Mariah service advisor and the second was 4 hours later with my Rav 4 was Emmanuel. I had very poor cus synthetic oil change. The first appt was with Mariah service advisor and the second was 4 hours later with my Rav 4 was Emmanuel. I had very poor customer service with Mariah who was not customer focused and nor pleasant as well as she overcharged me more than he list price for synthetic oil change. I told her I thought it was too expensive and she replied “Well that’s how it is”. I left he car and walked home. Called BP Autonation and found out what the price for synthetic oil change was then I called Harley a message describing what occurred and IO felt the charge was too high and my opinion of Mariah. I returned at 1130 to drop off the Rav 4 and pickup the Prius. I had Manny as the service advisor and he was fabulous!. I spoke to Harley to again reiterate my complaints. Harley changed the price for the Prius and listened to my concerns of Mariah. Harley is a great manager and is able to turn around a bad experience into a great experience. I will be asking for Manny as the advisor in the future. Great Job! More
