I received a warning message on my Prius. I took it to Autonation Toyota and they were so helpful and nice. My service advisor Emanuel, is professional, patient, knowledgeable, just an asset to the Service Department. He was on point, didn't waste time. I let him know what I needed as far as service. I was able to pay for my service in a very reasonable amount of time. I understand construction is difficult to work around, but when the car was returned to me it had mud splatters on the front hood, windshield and roof. The windshield wipers had been used to remove the d but when the car was returned to me it had mud splatters on the front hood, windshield and roof. The windshield wipers had been used to remove the dirt from the front windshield. This disrespect for the customer is unacceptable. The vehicle came in clean and an effort should have been made to return in same condition. I've owned Toyota's for several years and every other dealership I've been to has always been respectful of my vehicle. I will not return to Buena Park. I'll go to another Toyota dealership for service. Daniel Hernandez, service advisor was very helpful in reviewing maintenance options with me. He was professional and provided good customer service. Construction remodel still going on. So it was a little messy there to drop off the car. They do not have shuttle service anymore, so that's a bummer.
