AutoNation Toyota Buena Park - Service Center

There were some good things while receiving the service, but this service was very bad because of the things that were not good. First of all, the service time booked was at October 11, 2023 at 5:45PM and i but this service was very bad because of the things that were not good. First of all, the service time booked was at October 11, 2023 at 5:45PM and it made me visit again the next day. So far, it's been fine. However, when I left the center after receiving the service, my car alarm went off, and I found out that the car hood was not properly closed. Isn't this too basic a problem? I didn't hear an apology and I was so angry at his attitude as if it was not a big deal. This is not the end. I got a call from my friend a few days later after service and I found that I received the service with my friend's car vin number. Three mistakes on a simple regular service. It was my first service, but I was so displeased and I doubt if I can trust this center. More

Went in for an oil change and our 2016 Camry was quickly diagnosed as needing a time chain cover gasket repair along with a valve cover gasket repair. I needed an oil change - I forgot that I had scheduled it at Anaheim and just showed up at the Buena Park location. They were so understanding and kind, and promptly welcomed me as a walk-in even though the at Anaheim and just showed up at the Buena Park location. He gave me good advice and offered extra preventative services that would be good for my Toyota (but was not pushy at all). He gave me an estimated pickup time - and sure enough, my car was ready right on time! That is not usually the case at the other location I've gone to. Check-in and check-out were both fast and super convenient. Not only was Yehia great, but another young sales associate offered me water and complimented my earrings while I waited. In addition, this location offers a free Lyft ride home (from service) within a 7 mi radius. (Anaheim either doesn't offer this or never mentioned it to me all the times I've been there.) Buena Park Toyota definitely has excellent and genuine customer service - I will be back for sure! More
