I made an appointment and arrived on time. However, during the reception process, the people who came later than me were checked in first. I felt I was being ignored. After waiting 2 hours, the service representative called me and told that my car was ready to go home. I tried to meet him, but I was not able to locate him. Later on, he showed up and gave me the blue slip to pick up my car. I was not happy with this visit. More
