My engine light came on at 3:00 on Saturday 5 days before my vacation. I drove into the dealership nervous about my situation. After trying most of the local dealerships we stopped in at autonation Toyota in Fort Myers and it was a wonderful change of pace from some of their competitors. Everyone there was attentive and helpful but at autonation Toyota in Fort Myers and it was a wonderful change of pace from some of their competitors. Everyone there was attentive and helpful but didn't push or intrude. The fees were cheaper than just about everywhere else and there was nothing hidden. There were complimentary snacks and drinks available. Roberta was great and the best part was that she followed through and did everything that she said she was going to do. We will definitely be getting our next car there! More
