Always get friendliness, honesty, and excellent work. We had just started a long trip, but 30 miles from home hit something on road. Lots of noise but could not see anything causing it. Turned around and went straight to AutoNation in Fort Myers. They analyzed problem in minutes; broken plastic covering under car that was not apparent when just looking at it.
