Everytime you go there, there is a new process for checking in. Now they separate your keys from your fob. And they don't tell you. when I got my fob back there were no keys on it. This was my best service experience at this dealer in years!! Finally they are able to offer rides home and back to get your car as a complimentary service. I have health issues that make the long waits years!! Finally they are able to offer rides home and back to get your car as a complimentary service. I waited over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire patch. That's just unacceptable in my opinion. Maximum amount of time should be no more than 1 hour. I really don't like going to the deal and a tire patch. That's just unacceptable in my opinion. Maximum amount of time should be no more than 1 hour. I really don't like going to the dealership because the salesman always tries to upsell me on a bunch of things. He quoted almost $700 of recommendations and offered it so nonchalantly. It's just ridiculous and unnecessary. When I come in lets get the oil change done quickly. I don't want to wait 3 1/2 hours next time. More
