Setting up the appt was very maddening. The service appt man didn't know what he was doing. He asked ridiculous questions and made me very angry. I complained to a level up employee and asked her to review the tape of our conversation. This was my first visit to the dealership, apparently everyone thought I should know who my service advisor was. Why would I know that? All I was doing was bringing it in for the 5000 mile check up, but I was expected to wait to talk to the service advisor. I left without waiting for that intro, then when I returned to pick it up, I had to wait again to meet my service advisor. Why would I even care to do that? All I wanted to do was pick up my car. That's a really odd way to do business. More

Logan and Kai were an absolute vibe. Being from the DC/MD/VA and getting to secure a gr86 in red.. and drive it home? What an adventure!
