Third time I have been in AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers for a purchase and I have nothing to say except how excellent the service department and sales department has treated me and my family . Today as I w for a purchase and I have nothing to say except how excellent the service department and sales department has treated me and my family . Today as I was waiting for my service to be done a nice lady approached me and the ppl around to offer us snacks and drinks as we waited . As I decided to walk outside and saw a couple of their new inventory and couldn’t help it but fall in love with the new 2023 Toyota Camrys as I was looking a nice young lady approached to me and my family and asked if we were being taken care of as we said no she proceeded to answer all our questions and even offered to bring us water and the keys so we could take it on a drive . We took it for a nice spin around the dealership and the features it has and the great price it has made me fell in love with it even more but I think what really helped me to make that decision was the customer I received from my sales representative. The managers involved in the deal were also nice and honest / transparent this is why I always get back to them to get the service in my vehicle done and whenever I come to purchase a vehicle . If you guys are looking for great service , great customer service and a friendly and kind environment then I highly recommend you to go AutoNation Toyota they will treat you great . Once again I want to thank my sales rep Carolina who helped me and also the finance manager Daisy plus the desk managers . 3 car I get from them 1 used and 2 new ones . They also have great quality of used car options with different prices and miles . Go check them out . Five stars for a five start dealership. More

Good Service Manager! 90 minutes oil change. Pleased. Stopped using service 2020 due to wait time of 4hrs. Much improved! Surprised no cars displayed. Only SUVs. Will be b 90 minutes oil change. The weather stripping on rear passenger window is peeling, RAV4 is new, 2 months old.Autonation will not replace because it’s not under warranty!! Seriously it’s brand new.
